It records every removal or alteration demand the archive receives, whether honored or refused, and reads "none received" when that is true; every change to the archive's copy or code; every score method version; every outage; the annual cost; every reported bypass; and every rehearsal. Beneath it, the daily counts from the submission service, exported by the code at each publish. Together these are the only record of coordination the archive keeps: it stores no signal linking one set to another, so a burst must be inferred from timing, text, figures, and this page.
